Join Rivertown Film for an intimate evening of live theater that bristles with the power of a truth that is difficult to face. The stories of six former death-row inmates in their own words, The Exonerated first appeared in New York ten years ago and is currently back again in a successful revival. On January 30 you can skip the city traffic and enjoy this benefit for Rivertown Film at Elmwood Playhouse, with wine and desert before the performance and a discussion with the performers afterward.
Some of you may be familiar with the talents of the cast at Elmwood and the directorial skills of Larry Wilbur who is also the set designer and a cast member in this production. Larry has been active in Elmwood productions for many years utilizing his varied talents in directing, lighting, sound design and acting in memorable shows such as La Cage aux Folles, Arsenic and Old Lace, Beau Jest and Ragtime, to name just a few. We look forward to a conversation with Larry and cast members at the end of the evening.
