-Responsibility: Vapor Emission Control/Moisture Mitigation & Division 3 Leveling & Moisture Management Systems.
-Diverse expertise within various construction specialty product disciplines including adhesives, specialty cementitious restorative systems, waterproofing, EIFS, epoxies, and elastomerics.
-Brian has focused the last 15years of his career on the subject of moisture mitigation and leveling solutions and brings extensive experience regarding the diagnosis and proactive resolution of various flooring challenges related to vapor moisture mitigation, and leveling.
-Published author and featured speaker at AIA, ICRI, SWRI national, regional, and local conventions. He regularly provides Continuing Education services in support of the AIA community.
-Mr. Cordakis an active member of several industry organizations including AIA, ICRI, SWRI.
