CASTING CALL - 2017 NUTCRACKER
The French Academie of Ballet is proud to be able to present this years Nutcracker on Sunday, December 10th at The Goldman-Sonnenfeldt Family Auditorium at the JCC Manhattan.
All pre-professional dancers (ages 11 - 21) are invited to attend the Open Casting Call and we hope that you will choose to attend. We believe that performance opportunities are an important component of every dancer's curriculum and important to their progress.
If chosen to participate you will be required to pay a $200 participation fee.
All participants must be committed to attending all of their scheduled rehearsals. Certain roles will be called to rehearsals on most Saturdays (11:30am 5:00pm) and some roles will have additional rehearsals on Sundays (11:00am 3:00pm).
There will also be additional Nutcracker rehearsals on Monday, November 20th, Tuesday, November 21st, Saturday, November 25th and Sunday, November 26th of Thanksgiving week break.
Nutcracker rehearsal week is scheduled for Saturday, December 2nd - Saturday, December 9th.
