A Christmas Play: A Visit From St. Nicholas or The Night Before Christmas
The story behind the story of "The Night Before Christmas" written in the 1800's by Clement Clark Moore. Moore was a distinguished professor who feared becoming know as an author of "children's stories" and thus did not want the story published. He wrote it for his own children only. His children felt it should be shared with all children. Hilarity ensues as the children convince their father to publish the story. Each show begins with a performance by students of the Marble Music Studio. Doors open 30 minutes prior to start of show.
