Leonesse and Slow Food Temecula Valley are committed to the sustainability and education of our land. We are proud to showcase this region's finest chefs paired with local organic growers... working together to sponsor Edible Garden Programs for Temecula Valley Schools.

MENU: Pork Confit reduced in pancetta and Leonesse Merlot served over Winchesters Aged Gouda pureed potatoes & celerly root. Garnished with a hat of crispy Shallots & chili oil. Filet slow roasted on the grill, served over wild mushroom & corn microgreens.
Slow Braised Wild Boar Shoulder Maremmana Style With White Cannellini Beans Fettunta
Slow Grilled Farm Fresh 'Organic' Vegetable and greens, served with house made hummus & handcrafted breads.
Organic Coffee Rubbed Pork Belly w/ Local Citrus, Sweet Onion and Arugula
BBQ Duck Tacos with a pasilla chile-Stone Smoked Porter BBQ sauce, Esperanza's corn tortillas, micro greens, Vella asiago cheese with salsa fresca. Date Mousse in a Macadamia Macaroon Served with Golden Sangria!!!!!
