Cake Decorating at Baked
You already know how to make a great cake. Now, let our very own Head Decorator (Tribeca), Annemarie Bouman, teach you how to fill, frost and finish your cakes to make them look terrific.
In this class, you will learn basic decorating techniques for Baked's most popular cakes.
Learn how to make an elegant (and not too sweet) and perfectly adaptable buttercream Learn how to properly fill and crumb coat a cake Learn how to apply the final coat of frosting an even layer and add the signature "Baked" swirl Learn how to pipe a border
Students will be provided with all of the necessary kitchen tools and ingredients. And the best part: each student will take home their own personal cake!
Class length is approximately 2 hours.
