The Agile Fluency Game simulates work in an Agile IT envrionment in order to gain fluency in an Agile mindset.
After intros, we will spend 15-20 minutes learning the rules of the the board game. Players will take on roles of Agile Tester, Agile Developer or Agile Manager and make decisions as a team to complete features and build Agile practices. Five rounds of play completes a full game session. Then we will spend a bit of time debriefing and discussing real workplace scenarios.
Agile Fluency Game play will be moderated by Elinor Slomba, an Agile project manager, owner of Verge Arts Group and creator of The Agile Gym (R).
