Join Literary Arts' annual celebration of the state's most accomplished writers in the genres of poetry, fiction, nonfiction, young readers, and graphic literature. Winners will be named at the Oregon Book Awards Ceremony at the Gerding Theater at the Armory.
The annual Oregon Book Awards Ceremony will be hosted by Renée Watson. Renée is the acclaimed author of the teen novels This Side of Home and Piecing Me Together, which was the winner of the American Library Associations 2018 Coretta Scott King Medal and named a Newbery Honor book. She is also the author two picture books: Harlems Little Blackbird and A Place Where Hurricanes Happen, which was featured on NBC Nightly News. Her middle grade novel, What Momma Left Me debuted as an ABA New Voices Pick. She is the founding director of I, Too Arts Collective, a non-profit organization committed to nurturing voices from underrepresented communities in the creative arts. She grew up in Portland, Oregon and lives in New York City.

$22 - Orchestra-level seating at the Oregon Book Awards Ceremony.
$65 - Patron ticket to the Oregon Book Awards Ceremony. This price includes premium seating at the Gerding Theater and supports the Oregon Book Awards & Fellowships program.
A cash-bar reception and book signing will follow the ceremony.
All seats are general admission (open seating) within sections.
Books sales in the lobby courtesy of Broadway Books. Book sales in the lobby prior to the ceremony will receive a 10% discount.
