Trafika Europe Presents: BABEL DUET
Aurélia Lassaque and Alima Hamel are both terrific, professional poet-performers. Aurélia is a French-Occitan poet, and Alima is an Algerian-French singer, both living around the Toulouse area of France. Both artists have been published in previous issues of Trafika Europe.
Together they have now formed The Babel Duet, with multilingual poetic performance, also with guitar and drum. They are working at a high literary and musical level, and Im thrilled to be able to bring them back to the US together to perform.
Come for an evening of poetry and music, from these wonderful, well-travelled artists!
