The Haunting Phantom of the Carnival

A small group of friends had holidayed in Venice during the Masquerade Carnival in February but the group that came back from that holiday were very different from the group that went. Something had happened in Venice which they preferred not to talk about. If Venice was ever mentioned they went silent and an air of dread filled the room.

Now, in the autumn, as Halloween approached, the group decided to meet up to see if they could lay the ghosts that had haunted them since February. Surely back here in the UK they had nothing to worry about?

Everything seemed to be going well until a series of events brought back the horrors of that trip to Venice.

There is a sudden death and an investigation ensues.

Had something followed them back from the Masquerade or was someone manipulating their fears to commit murder?

All the clues will be there to solve the mystery but will they be correctly deduced?

The investigator, together with the other guests, is determined to get to the truth.

The Bistro, Hannahs at Seale-Hayne. 7pm onwards. Ages 16+. £25 including 3-course supper. Booking essential.
