Join us for an AIA Mid TN EP Building Tour of Ole Red, a multi-level bar/restaurant, event space in the heart of downtown Nashville!
The original building was constructed circa 1914 and was known as the Broadway National Bank. Since the building was not designed to support the load of an entertainment venue, there had to be a significant amount of steel added to the building interior. In order to support the load and have flexibility with the column placement, the client opted to demo the entire interior of the building leaving only the facade in place.
