Cheesemaker Education Roundup (Ch.Ed.R) - at OSU
The Oregon Cheese Guild Cheesemaker Education Day will be held Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Wiegand Hall on the OSU Campus in Corvallis, Oregon.
The day focuses on helping the artisan dairy sector stay competitive through business innovations and product quality improvement!
