CREATURE: A Wretched Frankenstein Adaptation
Private fundraising presentation. This imaginative adaptation features a 7-foot-tall Creature, tabletop puppetry, live rock and roll accompaniment, expressive lighting and projected imagery.
This 50-minute presentation focuses on the Creature's origin story and restores the intelligence, grace and violence with which author Mary Shelley originally imbued it. Follow the Creature from its "birth" to its travels through the wilderness where it faces choices that will define it as human or monster.
AGE RECOMMENDATION: Adults and Brave Children Ages 8 and up
AUDIENCE ADVISORY: Contains some violence, both implied and explicit, a simulated gunshot, and amplified rock music.
ACCESSIBILITY ADVISORY: Street parking nearby only. No Disabled Person License Plate/Placard parking available. Single entrance with an ADA-compliant door width. The facility is not easily wheelchair/walker navigable as the ground is uneven and has some gravel. Dim/low lighting, with moments of complete darkness. Portable restroom located directly outside facility only.
