Stock Chili Dinner
Chefs Mahogany Williams and Chris Blanco collaborating to bring you the heat. The Northwest chili pepper harvest is strong in September, and we'd like you to join us for 5 courses highlighting the flavors and sensations of this amazing family of plants. Dinner includes a complimentary welcome chili-infused cocktail, 4 individually served savory courses, and a dessert of custom-made spicy pastries from Cubes Baking in Wallingford.
