Let's face it, it's been a hell of year, darlings. We are all of us engaged (whether we like it or not) in the unraveling of our dominant culture. This intense upheaval brings the promise of freedom and real change that will benefit all, but it can also be destructive and terrifying. How have you been weathering the storm? As we approach the New Year, and our attention turns to all that seems possible or impossible in the coming months, let's fortify ourselves with some self-love. Does this sound indulgent? Remember, the act of treating yourself as worthy and whole is a powerful act of healing and rebellion.
