This presentation will cover legal updates that affect Washington employers at both the state and federal level.
We will cover:
The new Washington State Sick Leave regulations,
The distracted driver law;
The new Washington state pregnancy accommodations civil rights protections;
Changes required by OHSA for injury reporting, including three new anti retaliation provisions that affect disciplinary programs, incentive programs and drug testing programs.
The new Washington State Paid family and medical leave law;
Privacy training requirements for certain federal contractors (and their subs) with contracts that provide access to a federal system of records.
