You'll learn about engineering practices, tooling and organizational roles that can help your developers enhance their agility. We'll explore software quality and its relationship to velocity. We'll cover various Test Driven Development practices that help your delivery team get it right, the first time. We also cover continuous integration and other habits of technical excellence that can enhance the agility of your teams.
About the Presenter
Curtis supports application development and delivery and ha been doing so for over 16yrs, with the last 10yrs being in large 'legacy' enterprises. During that time Curtis has worked with hundreds of development and delivery teams and he has "seen-it-all". Curtis brings an outside-in view of the SDLC combined with experience in Product Support, Development, QA and Environment Management roles. Through the application of lean practices Curtis helps large companies modernize their development and delivery practices.
