Course Duration
This is a 1-day experiential course.
Course Overview
This is a course on creating rapid and lasting change, across multiple teams, using the OpenSpace Agility technique as described in THE OPENSPACE AGILITY HANDBOOK which each student receives. The class includes ten experiential exercises, books from the instructor, and 30 days of support by email after the class. Each student receives the OSA Certificate of Completion and is listed on the official OSA website as a Certificate holder in good standing.
NOTES ON TRAIN THE TRAINER
TRAIN the TRAINER is conducted online and sometimes during the 1-day Workshop. Those who complete TRAIN THE TRAINER may then apply for Trainer status by gaining some experience, writing an experience report, and completing a brief exam. Those applicants who are accepted may then teach the authorized class and award the OSA Certificate of Completion to their students. NOTE: For those attending this class who become authorized OSA trainers, there is no annual license fee for the first year.
