On the kindling basket course you will make your own functional basket with lifted handle holes to house kindling, small logs, toys, laundry or whatever you decide to throw in it!
We will cover: round bases, pairing, staking up, waling starting with butts, French and/or English randing, rod borders, and lifted handles.
The course is suitable for beginners or those with basket weaving experience.
We start at 10 and finish at 4.30 on the first day and start at 10 and finish at 4.30/5 on the second day. (No-one leaves without completing their basket!)
Please book 10 days in advance to allow me time to sort and soak the right amount of material.
Tea, herbal tea, and coffee provided. Please bring your own packed lunch.
Please Note:
If you have to cancel your place after the soaking time (10 days before the event) then refunds will no longer be available through Brown Paper Tickets as materials have already been purchased and prepared.
