Diagrams: Dylan Jack Quartet CD Release Celebration
Although there are four musicians in the ensemble, The Dylan Jack Quartet has been described as one instrument with the musicality and connection between each member being eerily exciting to watch and listen to. Focusing on original compositions, DJQ blends the freedom of improvisation and precision of composition creating a sense of unpredictability with their disjunct song forms, melodies, and rhythms. Founded in 2016, DJQ has been consistently performing in and around Boston and recently recorded their first record Diagrams which is being release and celebrated with this performance in the CCA Cabaret Café.
