Private Cottage, 45 Miles South of St. Louis, Off I-55. (Exact Address Revealed Upon Ticket Purchase) Only 20 Tickets will Be Sold

Why:
Our cottage is almost directly under the central line of the eclipse. We are forecasted to experience totality for 2m38s at this location. It has a large patio with a 1/2 mile view to the west and a 1.5 mile view to the south.

9:00AM - Suggested Time to Depart St. Louis
11:00AM - Party Starts
11:50AM - Partial Eclipse Starts (11:50:15AM)
1:17PM - Total Eclipse Starts (1:17:46PM)
1:19PM - Maximum Eclipse (1:19:05PM)
1:20PM - Total Eclipse Ends (1:20:24PM)
2:45PM - Partial Eclipse Ends (2:45:26PM)
3:00PM - Party Ends but you can stay a bit longer to avoid the traffic.

Details:
- NOT disabled assessable.
- Only 20 Tickets will Be Sold. You'll be welcomed into our country cottage with some of our family and friends also in attendance.
- You will be considered a house-guest and must represent yourself as such (such as how AirBnB works) & be extremly respectful to the neighboors.
- Upon purchase we'll send directions, entry instructions, & parking instructions.
- Our cottage is currently under renovation but there is a working restroom & the AC was just installed. Don't expect anything fancy or a nicely manicured lawn. Our driveway is gravel: bug spray is recommended. There are many hazards & dangers to children as it's a active construction site (but construction won't be going on during the party).
- Bring your own solar glasses, we are trying to get some extras but are having a hard time finding them.
- You are welcome to make a day of it at our place.
