KAREN YATES/SKY AREA TEN present American Bacchae
Written & directed by Karen Yates
Set in a mythic modern Los Angeles, the city's young mayor, a secret webcam porn addict, attempts to combat a new religion when its global followers come to his city. Based on a Greek tragedy, this 15-actor new play with movement by writer/director Karen Yates contemplates America, pornography, spiritual disenfranchisement... and golf.
This is a workshop performance.
