Steinbeck Festival
Join the National Steinbeck Center, May 3-5, 2013 as we explore Steinbeck's home including Salinas, Cannery Row and the Pastures of Heaven. Featuring talks, tours, films, food and the visual and performing arts, the 33rd Steinbeck Festival is Old Home Week for Steinbeck lovers from across the world and down the street. An opportunity to celebrate the communities of Salinas and beyond, the 2013 Steinbeck Festival highlights those stories that make a row of houses into a Home. As Steinbeck once said, 'As far as homes go, there is only small California town and New York. This is a matter of feeling.'
