Hull Services:
Braiding the Sweetgrass (BTS) guides Indigenous families through the effects of intergenerational trauma to a place of well-being. Families experience culture, community and reconnection on their journey of healing. BTS serves urban Indigenous families with children and youth (Grades 1-12+) who are: searching for information and/or connection to culture, open to gaining knowledge about intergenerational trauma and its effects on Indigenous families, and wanting to establish better community connections and gain a support network.

Pathways:
Pathways Community Services Association is an Indigenous non-profit organization that is grounded in traditions and teachings to offer evidence-informed, supportive services to people in the Calgary area. During this half-hour presentation, we will explore the importance of culture, ceremony, traditional ways of life, and healing for the children and families who are involved in our programs and services.

United Way:
Natoosi is United Ways new approach to working with the urban Indigenous community to address intergenerational trauma as a root cause of the challenges that many Indigenous people face. The goal of Natoosi is to engage Indigenous people on a path of healing and well-being to achieve success.
