- 1:15-2:45 PM: Beauty and the Beat (1.5 hours)
- 3:00-4:30 PM: Introduction to Beledi and Shaabi Styles (1.5 hours)
Amity Alize of Vermont takes an honest, sincere, and engaged approach in teaching Middle Eastern Dance and its Westernized styles. Understanding that everyone learns differently, she teaches each technique visually, while explaining through verbal and hands on application. Amity teaches beyond technique, including lessons on history, musicality, and theory in every class.
Early bird rates expire Friday 9/15!
All levels of belly dancers are welcome! Students need to have at least one prior session of belly dance classes to understand the movements. Newer dancers will have the opportunity to gain an overview of these varied styles. More experienced dancers will gain a deeper understanding thanks to Amity's research and dedication to this art.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are not available. Registration may be transferred to another student with written notice to info@brightstarworlddance.com from the original student.
