Harvest Mini Retreat
This retreat will focus on building core strength, restoring balance and replenishing energy. Late summer is the season of harvest, where we reap the benefits of summer and prepare the body for the colder and shorter days ahead. Working with the stomach and spleen meridians that run down and up the front of the body, postures consolidate core strength, increase foundation and connect us with the earth, grounding our energy and awareness. Meditation enables the mind to settle into stillness and calm, restoring vital energy.
We break for herbal tea and tasty organic snacks with options to socalise or spend time resting. A well as postures, we will enjoy pranayama and meditation to harmonise body and mind, with special focus on our connection to the earth.
