May The Girls Be With You: Empowering Women to Enter the Film & TV Universe
This panel will contribute to the theme of Dimensions of Diversity, and focus on initiating a positive, productive dialogue about the many opportunities open for women in the film and TV industry, as well as discussing programmes that are dedicated to helping women succeed in the business. The conversation will also steer towards initiatives already in implementation to initiate change, as well as the collective effort and advice the industry can contribute to encourage younger females who want to enter the film and TV arena.
