Theatre Tykes
Venue: Center for Dance & Music at 358 Forest Ave
This 10-week, 1-hour introductory class is fast paced and fun. Instructor Gayle Rabinowitz will take students through a triple-threat class of acting, musical performance, and movement for the youngest actors.
With workshop monologues and theatre games, the instructor will set the stage (pun intended!) for kids to become comfortable with being onstage and projecting their voices, as well as working as a team.
The final class closes with an open class/showcase of what was learned--sharing it with your friends and family!
Taught by professional teaching artist Gayle Rabinowitz
This is an intro to acting, theatre games, and basic ear training for singing and intro to voice. Students are also introduced to pantomime and short monologues, movement and dance for the youngest actor. Open class demonstration in the final session/last class.
$175 per student (10 sessions)
Who: Boys/Girls 6-8 years old
When: Saturdays from 2:00pm-3:00pm
