Houndstooth August
After a busy spring and summer, Rick Didora and Mitch Robbie are excited to bring a beautiful 5-course dinner back to charming Cook St. Paul. It will feature modern techniques applied to amazing, locally-grown produce and meats.
Paige Latham Didora will use her limitless knowledge of beer to provide unique and thought-provoking pairings to each course.
