Hi Guys.
I am doing my last ever pop-up at Bakery47 before they close and would love you to be apart of it!
My menu consists of 3 courses all using bread in everyone! Carb fest!
For people who don't know a lot about me heres a wee bio!
I oversee all menu activity at Bridgeview Station, a real perfectionist, spending countless days refining and fine tuning the a la carte dishes. I came to Bridgeview Station with a wealth of experience having worked under Tony Heath (Lets Eat) and latter Willie Dean before moving on to 2AA Opus One Restaurant in Perth we he was head chef for 3 Years maintaining the restaurants 2AA accolades. My motto is think seasonal, eat scottish, devising plates which let the flavour of the fantastic produce i source really shine through.
My accolades are; 2017 Scottish Food Awards Bistro of the Year 2016 Scottish Hospitality Awards Central Causal Dining Restaurant of the Year 2015/2016 Taste the Best Award from Visit Scotland 2014 Medaille dArgent Winner 2013 Rising Star Young Chef of the Year 2013 Best Fine Dining Restaurant in Scotland 2010/11 Academy of Culinary Arts Team Semi-Finalist for Scotland

Gartmorn Farm Chicken, Alliums, Sourdough Sauce. Or Roast Fife Cauliflower, Lanark Blue, Walnuts, Sourdough Crumble (Bakery47 Country Sourdough)
Pittormie Summer Fruit Pudding, Peach and Basil Sorbet, Strawberry Meringue (Bakery47 Brioche)
