Mindfulness Hub - Mindful and Compassionate Leadership in Organisations
Led by the monks and nuns of Plum Village International Retreat Centre, this event will build on a series of talks given by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh to business leaders in Silicon Valley.
We will explore how the practice of mindfulness and compassion can transform our workplace and our relationships.
During this three hour intensive workshop we will do a deep dive into practices that can be immediately applied to improve our response to the challenges of the modern work environment.
We will develop skills and tools in the following areas:
1. Personal mindfulness practice to reduce stress and tension in the workplace and at home
2. Mindfulness practices for groups and teams: mindful communication, deep listening & conflict resolution
3. Creating a mindful business: ethics, resilience, change management, and leadership
This session is for business leaders, entrepreneurs, social enterprise leaders and those interested in bringing mindfulness to their organization.
