Movies at the Cemetery
The Old City Cemetery Committee and the Sacramento Historical Society proudly present the premiere of "Movies at the Cemetery", an exclusive event. The evening starts with a tour led by Historic City Cemetery docent, Eric Bradner followed by a showing of "The Sacramento Picture" hosted by the incomparable Matias Bombal, local film expert and director of the film.
"The Sacramento Picture" is a documentary featuring rare footage of city life and events from 1910-1974 and selections from the KCRA-TV news film collection photographed between 1957-1960 in the care of the Center for Sacramento History.
