Nana
Synopsis: Maryla Michalowski-Dyamant spent years in the ghetto and the camps in Poland, and was notably the translator of the infamous Dr. Mengele in Auschwitz. After the war, she dedicated her life to tirelessly recounting her story to the new generations so what happened to her and millions of others would never be forgotten, nor repeated. Different from other Holocaust-related films, Nana is made from the third generations point-of-view, and investigates how survivors testimonies and message against intolerance can continue today, in a world where survivors are disappearing.
