Synopsis: At 58, Ian Evans set out to walk in the footsteps of his childhood Antarctic heroes (Shackleton, Scott and Amundsen) and attempted to become the oldest Canadian to reach the South Pole. We hear what friends and family think about Ian walking to the South Pole. Hes a strange little man, says one. Theres nothing normal about Ian, says another. Eighteen months of preparations and three flights later, four new comrades are dropped on the frozen surface of Antarctica to start their 500 nautical mile journey from the Ronne Ice Shelf to the Pole - a climb of over 9,000 feet.

Synopsis: The Impact Point is a documentary which delves into the world of women's slope style skiing and the risks these athletes take to pursue what the love. The story is told through the eyes of several athletes as well as coaches, doctors, and therapists.
