Who do you want to be? In this Tier 2 class, students will learn to develop, play with and maintain different character types in scenes. Well work to create characters who display pathos, tenderness, realism and humor, rather than coming off simply as caricatures. Well start from a base of physical characteristics, gait, voice, personal observation, emotion, props, thoughts, and more. Well create a supportive atmosphere where students can reach beyond their perceived limits (and then rest when necessary), developing their skills, courage and repertoire over the course of the session.
