CCTA NYC Launch
Climate Change Theatre Action, now in its second iteration, is a series of worldwide readings and performances of short climate change plays presented in support of the United Nations COP meetings.
Climate scientists estimate we have fifteen years to decarbonize the economy if we want to stave off the worst impacts of climate change. The time for action is now. But action requires a hopeful vision of the future. For CCTA 2017, the second edition of the project, we are asking: How can we turn the challenges of climate change into opportunities?
The Launch Party for CCTA 2017 in NYC is in partnership with The Artist Co-op. The price covers entry to the party, and proceeds will be donated to support Harvey relief efforts in Texas.
