MAJESTIC, inspirational, and moving are all terms that describe Mozarts legendary Requiem. Were tremendously pleased to be joined once again by Tamara Acosta, Ivy Walz, Nathaniel McEwen, Marc Webster, and the Ithaca College Choir, directed by Janet Galvan. A delightful and surprisingly intricate piece by C.P.E. Bach will begin the evening and well present the popular Goldfinch flute concerto by Vivaldi, performed by CCOs Wendy Herbener Mehne. This will be a truly grand finale to Cornelia Laemmli Orths first full season on the podium.
*Our usual Pre-concert Chat will be replaced by the annual Benefit Auction for this evening.
