Nessa
Nessa is a Celtic fusion group led by multi-instrumentalist/vocalist Kelly McDermott, known for her dazzling flute technique and beautiful, soulful voice, and joined by co-founder/multi-instrumentalist Rob Crozier. Nessa re-imagines the ballads and dances of the U.K. and Europe with cleverly blends elements of classical, folk, jazz, and world music to create freshly original musical hybrids. This innovative concept finds a home in their second independent release, Ancient Song Discovery Project Volume One.
