Zentangle: What is it?
Not all of us are artists- in fact many of us claim we have NO artistic skill at all. But maybe there is something in all of us that can reach the part of us that can do artistic things. So I introduce you to Zentangle, an easy to learn, relaxing way to draw structured patterns resulting in beautiful designs. You will be amazed at how artistic you are!

Zentangle 2
In this follow up class, we go beyond the five basic shapes used in Zentangle 1. Guest artist and certified Zentangle instructor Lise Orwig will guide students to learn eight more Zentangle patterns. By the end of class you will complete two Zentangle tiles using those patterns and the simple method of setting up and executing the drawing of the paper "tiles". You will also learn some basic shading techniques. All supplies are included and students leave with 5 paper tiles. Zentangle 1, not necessary, but helpful.
