CT Feels Funny
Lily Ali-Oshatz is a Brooklyn-based theatre maker and member of the Musical Theatre Factory. Recent projects include The Extraordinary Fall of the Four-Legged Woman, an a cappella circus musical she wrote and produced, which was performed in FringeNYC 2016 and chosen for an Off-Broadway run with the Fringe Encore series. Lily is currently writing and composing a solo show that chronicles her experience with consent and the justice system in the United States. BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch School of the Arts: New Studio on Broadway and the Experimental Theatre Wing.
Arielle Gonzalez was recently seen in Old Turtle and the Broken Truth and the critically acclaimed production of Pedro Reye's Doomocracy (Brooklyn Army Terminal). In 2015, she assistant directed Small Mouth Sounds at Ars Nova under Rachel Chavkin. Selected performances: The Fall (2016 NYCFringe), The Visitors (Queenie) at B.O.S.S.S Festival, The Matter (Dancer) at St. Marks Church, and Love Awkwardly (Charlotte) at Manhattan Theatre Source. Laurie Himmel was born in Connecticut, studied in New York, worked in Utah, and now lives and makes jewelry in Oregon. She is beyond excited to contribute to Emma's production, having been involved since its first inception. Emma Miller is a New York based actor experienced in new and devised work. Recent credits include Violet Hunter in Red Monkey Theater Group's Sherlock Holmes: Adventure of the Copper Beeches at Lyndhurst Mansion, Vera Claythorne in And Then There Were None, and co-creator and actor in original sketch comedy show Singin and Talkin with Christopher Walken at The Bricks Trans Theatre Festival 2016. Johanna Lee was raised in Seattle but has also lived in Dalian, Prague, and now calls New York home. Johanna is an actor and film director and is a strong supporter of clowning around. Her film work can be seen in the shorts "Don't Work For Me", "MinMin and Claire" and "The Octopus". She has a knack for making friends with everyone feel free to say hi! BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch School of the Arts: New Studio on Broadway, and minor in Film.
Elizabeth M. Stewart is a New York City based lighting designer. She has worked with companies such as WWTNS?, Artilliers, and Untitled Theatre Collective. Leanne Velednitsky is an actor/writer/comedian living in NYC.
