AIAOC ADA / Accessibility Program -Accessible Signage
Are you looking for a program to meet the California Architects Board ADA course requirement? AIAOC is offering you an opportunity to earn 1.5 qualifying units for your 2017 license renewal.
Attendees will review required accessibility signage and their attributes required for compliance. Overview of requirements, review of examples of actual installations, shop drawings, and common mistakes made.

Speakers Bio: Ms. Afshar is an AIA member architect with over 30 years of experience in commercial and public facilities, with a focus on interior architecture and accessibility. She has been involved with Access related work since 1991. Ms. Afshar is also CID, LEED AP and CASp certified.
