Project Moves In Concert
Project Moves Dance Company is proud to announce its final perfomance of the season, on August 11, 2017, 7:30 P.M. at King Philip Regional High School in Wrentham, MA. Performances are created under the artistic direction of Rennie Gold and acclaimed and award-winning choreographers that include Jen Conidi, Tyce Diorio, Kellie Grant, Billy Griffin, Katie Kozul, and Larry Sousa.
Affiliated with The Gold School, Project Moves is a non-profit organization committed to sharing a powerful message of human respect and acceptance and is dedicated to generating positive social change through artistic dance excellence performed by the companys youth artists. Project Moves holds as its core mission the advocacy for, and the empowerment of, our youth. The companys goal is to bring attention to the mistreatment of young people along with all other acts of injustice against humanity, and more importantly, offer solutions and healing messages through the performing arts.
Project Moves has been featured on ABCs Dancing with the Stars; Joyce Theatre, New York City; Cape Dance Festival; Calderwood Pavilion; Fire Island Dance Festival; DRAs Dance from the Heart, Connect for Respect, Sponsored Mentors in Violence Prevention, Ben Speaks, Anti-Bully Benefit; as well as middle and high schools throughout New England.
