ESCC and MySeniorCenter roundtable discussion
Having access to data about the programs and services your senior centre offers is a must in todays funding world. Join us September 14th from 10 a.m. to Noon to learn more about the MySeniorCenter database option that is being used by several local senior centres (and thousands of centres in the U.S). Jeff Rothberg from the company will be in Alberta for a conference and he has agreed to come and talk about the system and answer questions about its capabilities when it comes to case management, online registration for classes/events, program management and reporting. We are inviting current system users, those who are curious about the system (potential users) and funders who require reporting based on outcomes. This is an opportunity to hear from Edmonton users of MySeniorCenter. Current users may learn something new as we will explore ways to create actionable data that can aid in program and service planning. Funders who provide resources for social and program support at Senior Centres, can see how technology can be used to create reports and evaluate outcomes.
