Lost in Yonkers
Neil Simon, America's great comic playwright, set this Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning memory play in Yonkers in 1942. Neer-do-well Eddie sends his two young sons to stay with his mother as he goes on the road as a salesman. The boys are left to contend with their stern Grandma, with child-like Aunt Bella and her secret romance, and with Louie, her brother, a small-time hoodlum in a strange new world called Yonkers.
