Frisson
Frisson is a collective of musicians from across the United States and Caribbean that create and perform original improvisational music. With influences ranging from jazz and funk to hip hop and electronic music, the band's live performances feature hypnotic, danceable groves, exhilarating solos and precise yet soulful arrangements. Its sound reflects many of the preeminent genre-crossing artists of today including Snarky Puppy, Hiatus Kaiyote, The Christian Scott Quintet and Moonchild.
