Slow Food Quarterly Canning Workshop: Sparkling Wine and Lavender Jelly
We've been on a real pickle kick lately, but this time we're getting back to the sweet spot with jelly making!
In this intimate, hands-on workshop Lis David (founder of Scratch Homemade and Kendall College grad) will teach you how to enjoy home canning. You will participate in every step as the group learns how to make jelly from regionally produced sparkling wine and locally grown lavender!
The class includes all tools and equipments. Please wear closed toe shoes, bring an apron and something to tie your hairback if necessary. Due to a slightly smaller space we are limiting the class size to 12, so sign up quickly before this very popular workshop sells out!!!
You'll leave with the knowledge and confidence needed to cab at home as well as a few jars of the jelly prepared during class.
We are happy to return to our new home for our workshops at Kendall College.
