Both days -- David Berntson will provide free harmonica lessons for kids ages 8-14.
With that kind of an all-star line-up, tickets are going fast! The Riverside West Coast Blues Festival features two days of blues with multiple performers each day, each of whom is worth the price of admission alone!
West Coast Blues and cold brews while the kids blow good-time boogie on their harps!
First 50 kids (8-16 yrs.) each day gets a free harmonica & lesson from renowned instructor David Berntson. He'll teach them the train boogie woogie & a couple of blues riffs which they can then play like the cats on stage. Free grab bag for the kids under 8 years.
10% of the profits made at the festival will go to the Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art, Culture and Industry. Another 10% will go to Riverside Arts Academy.
Master of Ceremonies Janine Harty of KSDS 88.3 San Diego will share her deep love and impressive knowledge of the blues in moving the event forward each day.
