"Cardenio"
by William Shakespeare and John Fletcher

Directed by Donna Northcott

Based on a tale from Don Quixote and lost since 1612, Shakespeares Cardenio is set in 16th century Spain. Cardenio loves Luscinda, but before they can marry, he is called to Court to be the companion of Fernando, the Dukes wild younger son. Fernando is obsessed with a wealthy farmers daughter, Dorotea, but he has a roving eye... Join us for the regional premiere of Shakespeares lost tragicomic romance, rich with passion, disguise, madness and betrayal!
