NO EXCEPTIONS.** We loaded this hazy IPA with Hallertau Blanc, Simcoe, Mosaic, Motueka, and Denali hops, resulting in an uncommonly delightful profile bursting with stone fruit, citrus, and tropical radness. NO EXCEPTIONS.** Underworld Dreams is back and better than ever. We've learned a ton since brewing the first batch of this IPA back in October of 2016. After fine-tuning the recipe, we've crafted atranscendently tasty juice-bomb that's loaded with Idaho 7, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops. DEVIL'S TEETH AGED IN SCHMERNHEIM DURUM'D BARRELS We sent this single-barrel batch of Devil's Teeth on a one-year flavor sabbatical in oak barrels which previously housed a legendary 7-year wheated whiskey. DEVIL'S TEETH AGED IN FERAL GOBBLER BARRELS Devils Teeth is a hybrid of an Old Ale and an Imperial Stout, two English beer styles designed to withstand long voyages and dark winters. It brings rich maltiness & robust roastiness in a thick, tongue-coating, aggressively flavorful package. This particular allotment was aged for over a year in barrels from one of Americas oldest and most celebrated distilleries, picking up rich notes of oak and spice that mingle fantastically with its chocolaty, earthy character. GOBLIN SKI PATROL Inside this bottle are four exceptional beers, painstakingly assembled into a mind-bendingly tasty Voltron formation. We meticulously blended Batch 1500a red wine barrel-aged dark sourwith a red wine barrel-aged sour blond, a funky saison, and a complex grisette aged in a clay amphora to create one singularly delicious beverage. Within this formidable nexus of flavor are notes of citrus, red berry, tropical fruit, and herbal funk, underscored by subtle minerality and a soft, dynamic acidity. Its a breathtaking blend that manages to highlight the strengths of each of its four stellar components while remaining shockingly drinkable. THERMOMETER ISLAND - 2017 NEW RELEASE The newest batch of Thermometer Island arose from the glorious convergence of a tart, red wine barrel-aged saison and a bevy of delicious, seasonal citrus. After fermentation with a Brett-heavy blend of our house funky microflora, the beer was re-fermented on a bed of ripe, juicy Cara Cara and Satsuma Mandarins from a rad local orchard. Both the saison and the fruit were at seriously optimal points in their respective timelines when they came together, and the results are a ridiculously tasty celebration of perfect timing. BOTTLE PURCHASE DETAILS: Starting Thursday, 6/15/2017 at 10am for League members and Monday, 6/19/2017 at 10am for the general public, you will be able to purchase tickets for Luna Park IPA, Underworld Dreams IPA, Devil's Teeth Aged In Schmernheim Durum'd Barrels, Devil's Teeth Aged In Feral Gobbler Barrels, Lightning Helix, Thermometer Island, and Goblin Ski Patrol. The general public will be able to pick-up bottles at the Lomaland Fermentorium tasting room during the period from 12pm on Thursday, 6/22/2017, until 10pm on Thursday, 8/17/2017. League members will have until Thursday, 9/14/2017 to pick up their bottles. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to either the bottle limit, nor the pick-up window and PROXIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. You cannot pick-up your bottles at the North Park Flavordome. **Any bottles not retrieved by Thursday, 8/17/2017 (Thursday, 9/14/2017 for League members) will be surrendered back to the brewery (NO exceptions).** Please read the additional details below for further information on proxies and bottle pickup names.
RELEASE PARTY: Your tickets admit you to a release party on 6/22/2017 at the Lomaland Fermentorium tasting room starting at 12pm. This will be the easiest and most fun day to pick-up your bottles. We will have some cool stuff on-tap, and it'll be a damn good time. If you've been meaning to visit us to buy some of our super rad glassware, a couple bags of our awesome house roasted coffee, and a shirt or two, this is the time to do it.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: In order to pick-up your bottles, you will need to show your valid photo ID; it must be your ID and the name MUST match the name on the credit card of the ticket buyer (i.e. only you can pick up your bottles; no proxies). Any sales that attempt to work around the bottle limit will be voided. Only purchase bottles if you are 100% positive you can personally pick-up your bottles within the pick-up window; any bottles not picked up before Thursday, 8/17/2017 (Thursday, 9/14/2017 for League members) will be surrendered back to Modern Times Beer.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Please note that we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.
SHIPPING: We will not ship the bottles. Bottles must be retrieved at the Lomaland Fermentorium tasting room during regular tasting room hours between 12pm on 6/22/2017 and 10pm on Thursday, 8/17/2017 (Thursday, 9/14/2017 for League members).
