have you always wanted your husband/wife/roommate/best friend/brother-in-law to bake bread? well you're in luck - now you can *gift* our classes! just purchase this gift pass for whomever you like, and then they can sign up for a class at their leisure.

this class is limited to 8 participants so each and every guest will get plenty of attention and hands-on experience.

in this 2 hour class your lucky gift recipient will:
learn how to keep their sourdough starter healthy and active
mix a batch of whole wheat bread dough
shape their very own loaf of bread
learn top-secret tips that will turn their home oven into a professional bread oven
bake a loaf of bread
eat a slice of fresh baked pizza + drink some wine/beer (drinks available for purchase)

participants will leave the class with:
their own piece of JBB sourdough starter
1 lb fresh milled rye flour
a loaf ready to bake at home
a proofing basket and slashing blade
a copy of Josey Baker Bread (optional, additional $30 payable at class)
freshly milled whole grain flours (optional, for purchase at class)

*this class is non-refundable. if you're unable to attend the class you have registered for, please give us as much notice as possible (min 2 days) by sending an email to cobrina {at} joseybakerbread {dot} com. while we'll try our best to fill your spot, once you register for a class, you will not be refunded if you're unable to attend that class.

**please note: new + improved class now is held from 4:30-6:30pm and segues into pizza night! we encourage class participants to stick around for dinner after class, though you don't have to. if you're looking for classes further into the future (we add classes one month out), please just check back in here once the dates draws near.
